How I Found My EHS Story

I went home to Orlando over the weekend because I was sick and needed to rest.

While I was there, I was able to look up new topics of interest for the city to brainstorm my Lab 10 idea.

My parents and I discussed multiple current topics, including the new breast cancer survivorship clinic at M.D. Anderson, as well as the environmental effects of the developing Sunrail system.

I e-mailed some local publications to see if any would be interested in publishing my article.

Mrs. Andreasson, the editor of the Winter Park Maitland Observer, responded and encouraged me to pursue the story on the Sunrail.

I received approval from my lab instructor and will begin my research when I am home again for break.
